Thank you for your interest in joining the Intellectual Property Association. Our membership is open to individuals, businesses, institutions, and organizations involved with the development, promotion, protection, or utilization of Intellectual Property.

The Intellectual Property Association provides the following membership benefits:

• Access to consulting services for enforcing Intellectual Property Rights
• Access to consulting services for protecting Intellectual Property Rights
• Interaction with a worldwide network of Intellectual Property professionals
• Listing in our membership directory
• Participation in programs to educate the public about the value of Intellectual Property
• Subscription to our Intellectual Property newsletter

We offer the following annual membership categories:

• Individual Member: $100
• Corporate Member: $100

All memberships are in effect for a calendar year basis (Jan 1st- December 31st). Memberships are prorated based upon the month of initial payment and any excess is applied towards the following year's membership dues. No refunds or credits are provided in the event a membership is not renewed.
